Ingredients:

  • 1 box (9 oz) Gluten-Free Cheez-It crackers
  • 1/4 cup melted butter (or olive oil, avocado oil, or plant-based butter)
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Clean Monday Meals Seasoning (Try Ranch, Taco, or Ramen)
  • 1 teaspoon gluten-free soy sauce or coconut aminos (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 225°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Pour the entire box of gluten-free crackers into a large mixing bowl.
  3. In a small dish, whisk together the melted butter (or oil), your chosen Clean Monday Meals Seasoning, and the optional soy sauce until well combined.
