Strawberries & Cream Protein Pudding

The secret to a better chia pudding? Blend the fruit! By blending the strawberries with our Vanilla Protein Powder, every bite is bursting with flavor. Prep a few of these in mason jars for the easiest clean-label breakfast ever.

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop Clean Monday Meals Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1 1/4 cups milk of choice (almond, coconut, or dairy)
  • 1/2 cup fresh strawberries (for blending)
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • For Topping: Additional fresh sliced strawberries

Instructions:

  1. Place the milk, Clean Monday Meals Vanilla Protein Powder, and 1/2 cup of fresh strawberries into a blender. Blend until completely smooth and pink.
  2. Pour the strawberry-protein milk into a mason jar or bowl.
  3. Stir in the chia seeds and vanilla extract. Whisk or stir vigorously for about a minute to ensure the seeds are evenly distributed.
  4. Let the mixture sit for 5–10 minutes, then give it one more good stir to prevent the seeds from clumping at the bottom.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (or overnight) until the pudding has thickened.
  6. Right before eating, top with fresh sliced strawberries for a burst of texture and extra sweetness.
