Strawberries & Cream Protein Pudding

The secret to a better chia pudding? Blend the fruit! By blending the strawberries with our Vanilla Protein Powder, every bite is bursting with flavor. Prep a few of these in mason jars for the easiest clean-label breakfast ever.
Ingredients:
- 1 scoop Clean Monday Meals Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1 1/4 cups milk of choice (almond, coconut, or dairy)
- 1/2 cup fresh strawberries (for blending)
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- For Topping: Additional fresh sliced strawberries
Instructions:
- Place the milk, Clean Monday Meals Vanilla Protein Powder, and 1/2 cup of fresh strawberries into a blender. Blend until completely smooth and pink.
- Pour the strawberry-protein milk into a mason jar or bowl.
- Stir in the chia seeds and vanilla extract. Whisk or stir vigorously for about a minute to ensure the seeds are evenly distributed.
- Let the mixture sit for 5–10 minutes, then give it one more good stir to prevent the seeds from clumping at the bottom.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (or overnight) until the pudding has thickened.
- Right before eating, top with fresh sliced strawberries for a burst of texture and extra sweetness.
