Pork & Asparagus Skillet

Dinner is served in under 20 minutes! These 1-inch thick pork chops are seasoned with our Billionaire BBQ and seared in garlic butter with fresh asparagus. It’s a restaurant-quality meal with only one pan to clean!
Ingredients:
- 2 to 4 (1-inch thick) pork chops
- 1 bunch fresh asparagus, trimmed
- 2 tablespoons Clean Monday Meals Billionaire BBQ Seasoning
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
Instructions:
- Pat the pork chops dry with a paper towel and generously coat both sides with the Billionaire BBQ Seasoning.
- Heat the olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat until the butter is melted and bubbling.
- Place the pork chops in the pan and sear for 4–5 minutes without moving them to develop a golden-brown crust.
- Flip the pork chops. Immediately add the minced garlic and the trimmed asparagus to the empty spaces in the pan.
- Cook for another 4–5 minutes. Use tongs to occasionally toss the asparagus in the garlic butter as the pork finishes cooking.
- Remove the pork chops when they reach an internal temperature of 145°F.
- Let the meat rest for 5 minutes before serving to allow the juices to redistribute.
