Dinner is served in under 20 minutes! These 1-inch thick pork chops are seasoned with our Billionaire BBQ and seared in garlic butter with fresh asparagus. It’s a restaurant-quality meal with only one pan to clean!

  1. Pat the pork chops dry with a paper towel and generously coat both sides with the Billionaire BBQ Seasoning.
  2. Heat the olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat until the butter is melted and bubbling.
  3. Place the pork chops in the pan and sear for 4–5 minutes without moving them to develop a golden-brown crust.
  4. Flip the pork chops. Immediately add the minced garlic and the trimmed asparagus to the empty spaces in the pan.
  5. Cook for another 4–5 minutes. Use tongs to occasionally toss the asparagus in the garlic butter as the pork finishes cooking.
  6. Remove the pork chops when they reach an internal temperature of 145°F.
  7. Let the meat rest for 5 minutes before serving to allow the juices to redistribute.
