I have been looking for GF ramen for a few years with no luck. When Janae announced her ramen was in the making I waited with excitement. It is so good! Family loved it. Noodles kept their texture without becoming mush and although they were a bit more broken up the next day, it ate the same!
This morning we added it to our eggs, last night it was a fabulous flavor boost for our roasted potatoes. Our pickiest kiddo is asking for seconds. I LOVE the ingredients, everyone else loves the flavor! Win-win!
Just made a huge batch of chicken soup with this in place of the junky store bought cartons of broth. Five stars for flavor, price point, and convenience!
Living a clean eating lifestyle means there’s very little ACTUAL convenience. Love the ease, bonus points for outstanding flavor! Even our pickiest kiddo devoured it and has requested I purchase a thermos so I can send it to school for lunch!

My son is super picky and it’s a long journey to clean up his diet, but these are really good! No complaints here!
This is what I’ve been missing. The flavor is nostalgic to the ramen I would eat growing up but my sisters restrictions and common sense have made me stop eating that stuff. Now with this gluten free alternative I can enjoy ramen again and feel good about it.

I have one question though .. is it possible to make ramen low sodium seasoning packets for people like me who are on a low sodium diet?
With two kids in college, one having Celiac, I’m always looking for quick meals for them to make. What is more college than ramen noodles. I love that these come pre-portioned with the seasoning packet. I made the noodles following the directions with butter and chicken broth. The broth was flavorful and a bit silky. My daughter made it with just water (typical college student) and she said it tasted great. I added some veggies to doctor it up. My only complaint is that I wish each portion was a bit bigger.
I purchased these for myself, as I’m gluten and dairy free. But my whole family (husband and two teenage kids) loves these, which is a huge plus. I will definitely be purchasing more when they come back in stock.
I’m so enjoying all the mixes we have tried so far. Especially the spicy ramen, my family is in love with this one. I have a gluten and soy intolerance and this makes cooking so effortless. Can’t wait to try more😁
