Dairy-Free Ham and Potato Soup

  Ham and Potato Soup Ingredients: 8 cups russet potatoes, peeled and diced 1 yellow onion, diced 2 large carrots, peeled and chopped 1/2 cup chopped celery 16-ounce Cubed Ham 1 teaspoon Kosher salt 1/4 teaspoon fresh cracked black pepper 1/4 cup gluten-free flour 4 cups organic chicken broth or chicken Bone Broth 1 1/2 cups heavy cream (you can also use milk or coconut milk for dairy-free alternative) ½ cup sour cream (dairy-free sour cream alternative or just don’t use at all) Instructions: Add the potatoes, onion, carrot, celery, ham, Kosher salt, pepper chicken broth to your slow cooker, cook on low 7-8 hours, or high 4-5 hours. Ingredients: 1 cup quinoa, rinsed and uncooked 1 cup yellow onion, minced 2 medium red peppers, chopped into bite-sized pieces 4 chicken breasts, diced into bite-sized pieces 1 tablespoon minced garlic 2 tablespoons coconut aminos 1 cup water 1 cup cashews Instructions: First, preheat the oven to 375ºF and spray a casserole dish with coconut oil cooking spray. Ingredients: 1/3 cup Italian Dressing 1/2 cup chopped fresh basil 1/2 cup parmesan cheese (@violife_foods for dairy-free) divided 1/3 oz. pine nuts 2 medium to large zucchini’s. cut, slices, or spiralized into noodle-like strands (should yield 4 cups) 1/2 lbs grilled boneless, skinless chicken breasts cubed or into strips 2 cups halved cherry tomatoes 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional) Directions: 1.
