Love the product. Flavorful and healthy... Had delivery issues, not their fault but it was aggravating . However Clean Monday Customer Service was very responsive and helpful in getting second shipment to me....
Stove Top Ramen is a nostalgic comfort food for me and I can appreciate that these are a much cleaner version and love them for what they are but it's not quite the same. So grateful to have a yummy gluten free ramen version as someone with a gluten intolerance. I was really excited to order these and I would definitely consider doing so again but the packaging that the company seemed so excited about offering for better freshness feels counterintuitive to being a "clean" meal. Each ramen noodle cake and seasoning packet is individually packaged in what appears to be plastic shrinkwrap of some kind. I don't know if it's a bio-based plastic or what the actual process is but immediately upon opening the main bag I was disgusted by the smell of semi-burnt plastic. Handling the individual packages of ramen to take them out to cook transferred the smell to my hands and I was honestly worried because the noodles themselves smelled of plastic. I've had a very similar type of noodle from Lotus Foods and didn't come across that smell so I'm betting it was the wrapping. The meal tasted great, and I appreciate that you are trying to accommodate requests from customers to keep the product fresh but that was super off-putting when about to prepare a meal the first time so if it's possible to reconsider the method of packaging, please do so!
My family and I eat really clean ingredients and look for only the best quality and this has exceeded our expectations

Recipes are pretty simple haven’t used the spices yet. I had previously bought the ranch but we can’t use it due to parsley

I LOVE the ranch seasoning mix. It was very runny and I felt like something was missing cause it was like liquid. I decided to add sour cream to the mix and it was perfection! You could do plain Greek yogurt (check label) as well.
Can’t wait to dive into these recipes! We need gluten, egg, dairy and peanut free recipes and I’m so excited to have some more recipes for my kitchen toolbox!

Since going gluten-free. I have not had the traditional chicken Ramen noodles. This is so similar but better. I can’t wait to incorporate it in my normal chicken seasoning as well.
I used to use my go to store-bought ranch powder, but after using this one, I could never go back. The flavor is the perfect amount and you actually get to taste the herbs as they should be. It is a little bit runnier than my usual but totally worth it. It still coats what you dip it in the same but honestly, with it being thinner, you don’t use as much.

Ramen noodles were pretty good. I may drain some water before adding flavor packet to see if it will have more flavor.
