Clean Monday Meals Return & Refund Policy


We want you to love what you buy, but if something isn't right, here's how we handle returns and refunds:

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns on unopened products within 30 days of your purchase. You'll receive a refund using your original payment method (minus any shipping fees). If you'd prefer a store credit, we've got you covered—return your unopened item within 30 days. Click here to start a return. 

  • Package Protection: If you added Package Protection (REDO) at checkout, REDO will provide a free shipping label to return the unopened item(s). Upon receipt and inspection of the unopened item(s) at our warehouse, we will refund the cost of the unopened item(s) value. Without Package Protection (REDO), the return shipping costs for unopened item(s) will be your responsibility. 
  • Retail Purchases: If you grabbed our products at a local store, please check their return policy—we can't process returns for in-store purchases.
  • Event Purchases: All sales made at expos, health fairs, or conferences are final.

Digital Downloads & Discount Codes

  • Digital Downloads: These are non-refundable and non-exchangeable (we appreciate your understanding!).
  • Discount Codes: Can't be stacked with other discounts, sales, or subscription orders. If you forget to apply a loyalty reward during a sale, it won't be added later—but don't worry, it'll still be available for your next purchase!

Orders Placed via Facebook, Instagram & TikTok 

Due to Meta, TikTok, and Shopify limitations, we can't issue partial refunds for orders placed through Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok. Instead, we may offer store credit for the same amount.

Orders Placed via Amazon 

All orders placed via Amazon are subject to their return policy. Please work through the Amazon return portal to resolve any concerns or issues. 

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package goes missing, please reach out to the carrier directly:

  • FedEx Customer Service: 800-463-3339 

Sometimes, packages are marked as "delivered" before they actually arrive. If this happens, check with your carrier for updates. Once your order has shipped, we unfortunately can't assist further. If the carriers have determined that the package is lost, please get in touch with us at customersupport@cleanmonaymeals.com.

Final Sale Items & Discontinued Products

All discontinued items and final sale products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. Please double-check your order before completing your purchase!
