Have you ever read the ingredients in your favorite beef bouillon? I only paid close attention after I was diagnosed with Celiac disease. I was floored that my go-to beef bouillon wasn't gluten-free! I was blown away to see how little beef was used in the product, but also shocked at how many fillers, chemicals, and "natural" flavors were used. I wrongly assumed it was "mostly beef."
I didn't set out to create a beef bouillon; it happened more as an accident. After launching my Ramen Seasoning, I wanted to make it as clean as possible so everyone with food allergies or no allergies could enjoy it, and I didn't love that the bouillon I was using had seed oils in it. So I set out on a mission to find a cleaner bouillon, and guess what? It didn't exist. I couldn't find it. So, I was forced to create it. After adding my custom bouillon mix to my Ramen Seasoning, I realized I solved my bouillon problem.
My bouillon contains clean, whole-food ingredients and is highly food allergy-friendly. My husband Kevin describes it as "powdered beef jerky." The fourth ingredient is beef stock powder. What a novel idea—a beef bouillon that is mostly beef!
100 servings per container.
1 teaspoon granulated bouillon = 1 bouillon cube.
Ingredients:
- Salt, Garlic, Onion, Sugar, Beef Stock, Inactive Yeast, Paprika, Spices (Black Pepper, Thyme), Celery, Oleoresin Paprika.
Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free, Soy Free, Egg Free, Nut Free, No MSG, No artificial flavors or additives.
Two-year shelf life.

I'm assuming the recipe changed because the color of the beef bouillon has changed. I contacted customer service, but they haven't gotten back to me, so I'll reach out here. Did I get a bad batch or is this the new beef bouillon? Attached is a picture of my previous order next to my current order.
Emily, that's a Great question. You did not get a bad batch; the recipe has stayed the same, but the manufacturers are different.
Both bouillons are essentially the same, the difference in color is that the herbs and ingredients they are sourcing aren't the exact same as the previous manufacturer. So because of that, there will be slight color variances. We have tested both products extensively because Janae, too, was worried about the color. But in the end, we stand behind both. They're both fantastic. I will also contact you directly to ensure we have gotten you taken care of.

LOVE IT!!! so happy to find something without seed oil and that's organic! Thank you! Question: I want to use the beef bullion in pressure canned stews. Does contain sea salt or table salt? And is it iodized? Thanks!
I can’t believe I finally have a beef bouillon that is gluten free and safe. Our French dip sandwich’s were amazing!

Finally tried the beef bouillon and I am so impressed. The flavor is amazing and it mixes very well. Made an au jus and my whole family said it was their favorite yet!
