Chicken Bouillon

Have you ever read the ingredients in your favorite chicken bouillon? I only paid close attention after I was diagnosed with Celiac disease. I was floored that my go-to chicken bouillon wasn't gluten-free! I was blown away to see how little chicken was used in the product but also shocked at how many fillers, chemicals, and "natural" flavors were used. I wrongly assumed it was "mostly chicken."

I didn't set out to create a chicken bouillon; it happened more as an accident. After launching my Ramen Seasonings, I wanted to make it as clean as possible so everyone with food allergies or no allergies could enjoy it, and I didn't love that the bouillon I was using had seed oils in it. So I set out on a mission to find a cleaner bouillon, and guess what? It didn't exist. I couldn't find it. So I was forced to create it. After adding my custom bouillon mix to my Ramen Seasoning, I realized I solved my bouillon problem.

My bouillon is not only clean, whole-food ingredients, but it is also very food allergy-friendly. The third ingredient in it is USDA Organic Chicken Broth Powder. What a novel idea, a chicken bouillon that is mostly chicken!

1 teaspoon granulated bouillon = 1 bouillon cube.

• Spices (including garlic and onion)
• Turmeric (for color)
• Thyme
• Celery
• Organic Cane Sugar
