Teriyaki Fusion Ribs

Teriyaki Fusion Ribs

Prep Time: 10 minutes | Cook Time: 5–6 hours

The secret to the perfect rib is all in the glaze! We used our Teriyaki seasoning not just for the rub, but to create a sticky, homemade glaze that is 100% clean-label. Paired with Everyday Beef, these ribs are a savory-sweet masterpiece.

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Pat the ribs dry with a paper towel. Removing the silver skin (membrane) from the back of the ribs is optional.
  2. Drizzle a small amount of olive oil over the ribs and rub it in to create a surface for the spices to stick to.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the Teriyaki Seasoning and the Everyday Beef Seasoning. Generously coat both sides of the ribs with the blend.
  4. Smoker Method: Preheat your smoker to 250°F. Place the ribs bone-side down and smoke for 5 hours.
  5. Oven Method: Preheat your oven to 250°F. Wrap the seasoned ribs tightly in heavy-duty aluminum foil and place on a baking sheet. Roast for 4–5 hours until tender.
  6. While the ribs are cooking, make the glaze by simmering the Teriyaki Seasoning, water, honey, and coconut aminos in a small saucepan over medium heat for 5 minutes until thickened.
  7. During the last 20–30 minutes of cooking, brush the homemade Teriyaki glaze over the top of the ribs.
  8. If using the oven, open the foil and broil for 2–3 minutes until the glaze is bubbling and sticky.
  9. Let the ribs rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
