Lemon Garlic Cream Gravy

This isn’t just gravy—it’s liquid gold. Our Lemon Garlic Cream Gravy uses our new Chicken Bouillon and a hit of Lemon Pepper to create a silky, restaurant-quality sauce right in your own kitchen. Pour it over chicken, mashed potatoes, or even roasted veggies!
Ingredients:
- Reserved pan drippings (from chicken skillet) or 1 tbsp butter
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons GF flour
- 1 tablespoon granulated garlic
- 1–2 teaspoons CMM Lemon Pepper (to taste)
- 2 cups chicken broth (2 cups water + 2 tsp CMM Chicken Bouillon)
- 1 fresh lemon, juiced
- 1 cup heavy cream
Instructions:
- Prepare your chicken broth by mixing 2 cups of hot water with 2 teaspoons of CMM Chicken Bouillon.
- In a skillet (ideally with reserved chicken pan drippings), melt 4 tablespoons of butter over medium heat.
- Whisk in the GF flour, granulated garlic, and CMM Lemon Pepper. Stir constantly for 1–2 minutes to create a fragrant, golden roux.
- Slowly pour in the prepared CMM Chicken Bouillon broth and the lemon juice, whisking vigorously to ensure a smooth, lump-free consistency.
- Stir in the heavy cream and bring the mixture to a very gentle simmer.
- Once thickened to your liking, use immediately as a finish for baked chicken or as a savory sauce for sides.
