Forget the jar! Our Fresh Garden Salsa comes together in minutes using a food processor and the secret flavor duo: CMM Chili Seasoning and SPOG. It’s bright, zesty, and 100% clean. Serve it up with your favorite grain-free chips!

Ingredients:

  • 6–8 Roma tomatoes, stemmed and quartered
  • 1/2 red onion, roughly chopped
  • 1/2 jalapeño, seeded (use a whole jalapeño for more heat)
  • 1/2 bunch fresh cilantro
  • 2 cloves garlic, peeled
  • 1 fresh lime, juiced
  • 1 tbsp CMM Chili Seasoning
  • 1 tsp CMM SPOG Seasoning (add more to taste)

Instructions:

  1. Place the quartered tomatoes, red onion, jalapeño, cilantro, and garlic into a blender or food processor.
  2. Pulse the mixture in short bursts until the vegetables are chopped to your desired consistency. Keep it a bit chunky for a traditional fresh feel or process longer for a smoother texture.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a medium bowl.
  4. Squeeze in the fresh lime juice and add the CMM Chili Seasoning and CMM SPOG.
  5. Stir well to combine. Taste and adjust with an extra pinch of SPOG if needed.
  6. For the best flavor, let the salsa sit for 15–30 minutes before serving to allow the seasonings to hydrate and meld with the tomato juices.
