Fresh Salsa

Forget the jar! Our Fresh Garden Salsa comes together in minutes using a food processor and the secret flavor duo: CMM Chili Seasoning and SPOG. It’s bright, zesty, and 100% clean. Serve it up with your favorite grain-free chips!
Ingredients:
- 6–8 Roma tomatoes, stemmed and quartered
- 1/2 red onion, roughly chopped
- 1/2 jalapeño, seeded (use a whole jalapeño for more heat)
- 1/2 bunch fresh cilantro
- 2 cloves garlic, peeled
- 1 fresh lime, juiced
- 1 tbsp CMM Chili Seasoning
- 1 tsp CMM SPOG Seasoning (add more to taste)
Instructions:
- Place the quartered tomatoes, red onion, jalapeño, cilantro, and garlic into a blender or food processor.
- Pulse the mixture in short bursts until the vegetables are chopped to your desired consistency. Keep it a bit chunky for a traditional fresh feel or process longer for a smoother texture.
- Transfer the mixture to a medium bowl.
- Squeeze in the fresh lime juice and add the CMM Chili Seasoning and CMM SPOG.
- Stir well to combine. Taste and adjust with an extra pinch of SPOG if needed.
- For the best flavor, let the salsa sit for 15–30 minutes before serving to allow the seasonings to hydrate and meld with the tomato juices.
