
Egg Salad

Sometimes, simple is best. Our CMM Egg Salad keeps it real with fresh green onions, dill relish, and our brand new SPOG Seasoning. It’s the perfect high-protein lunch that actually tastes like home.
Ingredients:
- 8 large eggs, hard-boiled and peeled
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons stone ground mustard
- 1/4 cup dill relish
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 2 tablespoons Clean Monday Meals SPOG Seasoning
- Optional: Paprika for garnish
Instructions:
- Chop the hard-boiled eggs to your preferred consistency and place them in a large mixing bowl.
- Add the mayonnaise, stone ground mustard, dill relish, and chopped green onions.
- Sprinkle the CMM SPOG Seasoning evenly over the mixture.
- Gently stir everything together until well combined and creamy.
- Taste and add an extra pinch of CMM SPOG Seasoning if you want a bolder savory punch.
- For the best flavor, cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the spices meld.
- Serve chilled on gluten-free bread, in a wrap, or scooped over fresh greens.
