Egg Salad

Serves: 4 | Prep Time: 15 minutes | Cook Time: 12 minutes (for eggs)

Sometimes, simple is best. Our CMM Egg Salad keeps it real with fresh green onions, dill relish, and our brand new SPOG Seasoning. It’s the perfect high-protein lunch that actually tastes like home.

Ingredients:

  • 8 large eggs, hard-boiled and peeled
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons stone ground mustard
  • 1/4 cup dill relish
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Clean Monday Meals SPOG Seasoning
  • Optional: Paprika for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Chop the hard-boiled eggs to your preferred consistency and place them in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Add the mayonnaise, stone ground mustard, dill relish, and chopped green onions.
  3. Sprinkle the CMM SPOG Seasoning evenly over the mixture.
  4. Gently stir everything together until well combined and creamy.
  5. Taste and add an extra pinch of CMM SPOG Seasoning if you want a bolder savory punch.
  6. For the best flavor, cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the spices meld.
  7. Serve chilled on gluten-free bread, in a wrap, or scooped over fresh greens.
