DF High-Protein Apple Pie Breakfast

Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup gluten-free rolled oats (Base, per jar)
- 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk yogurt (Base, per jar)
- 1/4 cup coconut milk (or other non-dairy milk of choice) (Base, per jar)
- 1 tbsp sweetener of choice (maple syrup, honey, or sugar-free maple syrup) (Base, per jar)
- 1 scoop Clean Monday Meals Smooth Vanilla Protein Powder (Base, per jar)
- 1 tsp chia seeds (Base, per jar)
- 2 apples, chopped (Topping, enough for 5 jars)
- 1/4 cup water (Topping, enough for 5 jars)
- 1/4 cup maple syrup (or sugar-free alternative) (Topping, enough for 5 jars)
- 1 tbsp cinnamon sugar (Topping, enough for 5 jars)
Instructions:
- In a jar, mix together oats, coconut yogurt, coconut milk, sweetener, chia seeds, and Clean Monday Meals Smooth Vanilla Protein Powder until smooth.
- In a saucepan, cook chopped apples with water, maple syrup, and cinnamon sugar until soft and syrupy.
- Divide the apple topping evenly across 5 jars.
- Store in the fridge and enjoy a creamy, dairy-free, protein-packed breakfast that tastes like apple pie.
