Crispy Ramen Straws

Don't throw away those ramen packs! We’re turning our CMM Ramen into Crispy Ramen Straws. Drained, seasoned, and baked until golden and crunchy. They’re the 100% gluten-free salad topper you’ve been dreaming of!
Ingredients:
- 2 packs Clean Monday Meals Ramen
- 2-3 tablespoons oil (avocado or olive oil works best for high heat)
- 2 CMM Ramen Seasoning Packets (included with the ramen)
Instructions:
- Boil the ramen noodles according to the package directions.
- Drain the noodles thoroughly. You want them as dry as possible before the next step.
- Place the cooked noodles in a bowl. Drizzle with the oil and sprinkle in both seasoning packets. Toss well until every strand is coated in oil and spices.
- Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread the seasoned noodles out in a thin, even layer.
- Place in the oven at 450°F for 15 minutes.
- About halfway through (around the 7 or 8-minute mark), give the noodles a good toss on the pan to ensure they crisp up evenly and don't burn.
- Remove from the oven and let them cool completely. They will continue to crisp up as they sit.
- Once cooled, break the "straws" into bite-sized pieces. Use them to top your Asian Cucumber Salad (#60) or store them in an airtight container for later.
