My journey into clean eating began in 2014 after being diagnosed with Celiac Disease, PCOS and later Hashimoto’s Disease. Those diagnoses turned our kitchen upside down, but they also lit a fire in me to create meals that were safe, simple, and still full of flavor.

What started as a humble Instagram account sharing gluten-free meal prep ideas quickly grew into a thriving community of families navigating food allergies, autoimmune challenges, and the desire to eat cleaner. Clean Monday Meals was built out of love — for my family and for yours — to make real-food living easier, more inclusive, and actually enjoyable.
