Ingredients:

  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 cups cottage cheese
  • 2 cups gluten-free old-fashioned oats
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 scoop protein powder (optional)
  • Sprinkle of cinnamon (optional)
Instructions:
  1. Preheat the waffle iron; lightly spray the top and bottom with cooking spray.
  2. Add the oats, eggs, cottage cheese, and vanilla to a blender and blend until combined.
  3. Add 1/4 cup of mixture onto a mini dash waffle iron and cook for about 3 min, depending on the waffle iron.
  4. Enjoy!
