Garlic Butter Ranch Chicken

Ingredients:
  • 1 ¼ lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp GF flour
  • 1-2 Tablespoons @cleanmondaymeals Ranch Seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
Instructions:
  1. Dry the chicken breasts with a paper towel and cut them into 1-inch pieces.

  2. Place them in a bowl and sprinkle the flour, ranch, salt, and pepper on top. Toss until all the pieces are well covered with the flour and herbs.

  3. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the olive oil and 1 tbsp butter. Once the oil is hot and the butter melts, add the chicken pieces in one layer.

  4. Let them cook without moving them, for about 3 minutes. Flip them over, and cook for 2 minutes more.

  5. Add the remaining butter, minced garlic, and parsley. Cook for one more minute until the chicken is fully cooked and serve immediately.

  6. Serve with rice, quinoa or zoodles.
  7. Enjoy!
