NEWLY FORMULATED, CLEANEST LABEL, LOWEST SODIUM BOUILLON ON THE MARKET!

Have you ever read the ingredients in your favorite beef bouillon? I only paid close attention after I was diagnosed with Celiac disease. I was floored that my go-to beef bouillon wasn't gluten-free! I was shocked to realize how unhealthy the ingredients were—so many chemicals, fillers, and natural flavors.

I didn't set out to create a beef bouillon; it happened more as an accident. After launching my Chicken Ramen Seasoning at the Gluten Free Expo in Utah (Oct 2022), I was brokenhearted to learn that many potential customers couldn't eat my seasoning because the stock bouillon powder I was using at the time had seed oils, corn, and soy ingredients that they were allergic too. I was determined to do better to make my products even more food allergy-friendly. I set out on a mission to find a cleaner bouillon, and guess what? It didn't exist. So, I was forced to create it.

The first version of my custom bouillon was by far the cleanest, healthiest bouillon on the market by a large margin, but its sodium content of 620mg per serving was still higher than I wanted. After a year of adjusting and working with highly talented chefs and food scientists, we have created an updated formula that I am so proud of.

Now, not only are we still the cleanest label and healthiest ingredient, Beef Bouillon, but we also have the lowest sodium Beef Bouillon on the market. We found the sweet spot is 250mg per serving. As we were formulating, we discovered that combining two different types of the world's highest-quality, mineral-dense, non-iodized Sea salt resulted in the smoothest salt flavor we've ever had. The two salts complement and balance each other in a way that's hard to describe, but it's delicious. I can't wait for you to try it!

Is the natural yeast powder in your product the same as yeast extract?

What is the natural yeast powder in your beef bouilllon? Is it the same as yeast extract?

Yes it is nutritional yeast powder. Natural yeast powder is just another way of saying nutritional yeast powder.

Love Love Love!

I absolutely love the flavor and quality of this product! Having an organic and hormone free option is fantastic! Trying to cut out the added ingredients and toxic chemicals from our diet and it's been a struggle to find some of the staples. Thank you for your work on creating this product! When can we see it in a bigger package!?

Did the recipe change?

I'm assuming the recipe changed because the color of the beef bouillon has changed. I contacted customer service, but they haven't gotten back to me, so I'll reach out here. Did I get a bad batch or is this the new beef bouillon? Attached is a picture of my previous order next to my current order.

Emily, that's a Great question. You did not get a bad batch; the recipe has stayed the same, but the manufacturers are different.

Both bouillons are essentially the same, the difference in color is that the herbs and ingredients they are sourcing aren't the exact same as the previous manufacturer. So because of that, there will be slight color variances. We have tested both products extensively because Janae, too, was worried about the color. But in the end, we stand behind both. They're both fantastic. I will also contact you directly to ensure we have gotten you taken care of.

Sincerely,

Kevin
