I have been looking for gluten-free Ramen noodles for a very long time! I came across this brand and I thought I’d give it a try. These exceeded my expectations by using the brown rice noodles! They have so much more texture and don’t just fall apart. I love that the seasoning packet does not have any soy in itand it taste just like the real thing! I will definitely be an ongoing customer.
