When I first had to go gluten-free (and later dairy-free), I can’t tell you how many times I sat at the dinner table watching everyone else eat the foods I used to love — creamy casseroles, soups, all those cozy comfort meals that just felt like home. For years, I went without them.
So, when I started creating this Cream of Chicken & Mushroom Soup Mix, it became so personal. I wanted it to taste like the real thing — not a “gluten-free version,” but something everyone could love and share together. I’ve been working on it for a year and a half… testing, tweaking, crying a little, celebrating tiny wins, and refusing to stop until it was perfect.
