Protein Ranch Breadsticks

The high-protein snack you didn't know you needed! These CMM Protein Ranch Breadsticks use a cottage cheese base and our signature Ranch Seasoning for a gluten-free snack that's as healthy as it is addictive.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups cottage cheese
- 2 cups gluten-free flour
- 3/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
- 3/4 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2 tbsp CMM Ranch Seasoning
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, gluten-free flour, shredded parmesan, sharp cheddar, baking soda, and CMM Ranch Seasoning.
- Mix the ingredients by hand until everything is well incorporated and a thick dough forms.
- Place the dough onto the prepared baking sheet. Shape it into a large oblong or rectangular shape, roughly 3/4-inch thick.
- Bake for 25 minutes until the edges are golden brown and the center is set.
- Crucial Step: Let the breadsticks cool for at least 5–10 minutes before slicing. This allows the protein and cheese to firm up, so you get that perfect "pull."
