Lemon Pepper Ranch

Move over, plain ranch. We’re "Ranching it up" with a citrus twist! Using both our Ranch Seasoning and Lemon Pepper, this dressing is the perfect way to brighten up your meal prep this week.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup mayonnaise (or vegan mayo alternative)
- 1/2 cup sour cream (or Greek yogurt)
- 1/2 cup to 3/4 cup buttermilk (adjust to your preferred thickness) (milk of your choice)
- 1 tablespoon Clean Monday Meals Ranch Seasoning
- 1 tablespoon Clean Monday Meals Lemon Pepper
- Optional: A squeeze of fresh lemon juice for extra brightness
Instructions:
- In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise and sour cream until smooth.
- Start by whisking in 1/2 cup of buttermilk.
- Add the CMM Ranch Seasoning and the CMM Lemon Pepper. Stir vigorously until the seasonings are fully incorporated.
- Let the mixture sit for about 5 minutes. If it thickens up too much as the spices absorb the liquid, whisk in the remaining 1/4 cup of buttermilk until it reaches your desired consistency.
- The Flavor Secret: Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. This allows the lemon zest and cracked pepper to infuse the ranch with maximum flavor.
- Give it one final stir before serving. If it thickened again in the fridge, feel free to add a tiny splash more buttermilk to loosen it up!
