Ingredients:
- 2 large chicken breasts (sliced horizontally and pounded flat into 4 fillets)
- 2 tablespoons CMM Lemon Pepper

The Dredge:
- 1/2 cup GF panko
- 1/2 cup GF flour
- Pinch of salt and pepper

The Sauté:
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
Instructions:
- Season the flattened chicken fillets generously on both sides with CMM Lemon Pepper.
- Press the seasoned chicken into the panko/flour mixture until fully coated on both sides.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil and butter over medium-high heat.
- Fry the chicken until golden brown on both sides. Transfer the golden fillets to a 9x13 baking pan.
