
Diet things first — because WHAT!!! I literally healed myself through food. I retested my thyroid numbers after doing the anti-inflammatory diet and cut them in half!! I went from 116 (high) to 63!! Let’s gooo!! 
Post-surgery life: Honestly a little rougher than I expected with all the pocket work they had to do… but I’m finally feeling better and wanted to share what @drjoshredd has me doing for detox + healing:
• Coffee enemas twice a week (send help!! Who’s done one?!)
• Vitamins 3x a day instead of my normal one
• Alpha Stim machine twice a day
• IV therapy with fluids, vitamins + minerals, extra vitamin D, and glutathione
