Sharing how @royalcaribbean does Gluten-Free on their cruise line
I've been asked a lot about what cruise ship we could go on that would accommodate gluten-free for Kolbie and me, so I wanted to share our experience so far with more to come.
I knew they had gluten-free, but I just didn't know to what extent they would accommodate, and I would have to say I am very impressed with their knowledge with cross contamination and celiac disease.
In the buffet area, they have labels of what is gluten-free, and when you ask the workers, they will always grab the chef for you, and he will walk around and show you what is gluten-free without cross-contact.
They have been amazing in preparing gluten-free items in the buffet area for us. They have made fries and hash browns in a separate fryer for us.
In the dining room, they have several options that are gluten-free and will give you the menu for the next night in advance and have you choose your items so they can be prepared for you.
They have made us gluten-free pizza and always have the @udisglutenfree cookies available as well.
