Gluten-Free Lemon Blueberry Muffins

 Lemon Blueberry Muffins

Ingredients: 

  • 1 package Bobs Red Mill Muffin Mix
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil or melted grass-fed butter
  • 1 cup Almond Milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen Blueberries
  • 2 tsp Lemon Zest

Instructions: 
Combine all together and bake at 400°F for 20-22 min.
