Crispy Baked Pork Chops

These aren't your average pork chops. By combining the savory, umami punch of Pork Ramen Seasoning with the classic herbs of our Italian Seasoning, you get a crispy, golden crust that seals in all the juices.
Ingredients:
- 4 boneless pork chops (about 1-inch thick)
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 1/2 cup Gluten-Free breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup Gluten-Free Panko
- 1 tablespoon Clean Monday Meals Pork Ramen Seasoning
- 1 tablespoon Clean Monday Meals Italian Seasoning
- Olive oil (for spritzing)

Note: Mixing regular breadcrumbs and Panko provides the ultimate crispy texture. However, you can use 1 full cup of either one if that is what you have on hand!
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 425°F and lightly grease a baking dish.
- Set up two shallow bowls. In the first, add the beaten egg. In the second, combine the breadcrumbs, Panko, Pork Ramen Seasoning, and Italian Seasoning. Mix well.
- Dip each pork chop into the egg wash, coating both sides.
- Press the pork chop firmly into the crumb mixture, ensuring even coverage on the top, bottom, and sides.
- Place the breaded chops into the prepared baking dish.
- Lightly spritz the tops of the chops with olive oil. This helps the coating brown and crisp up perfectly.
- Bake for 18–22 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.
- Let the chops rest for 3–5 minutes before serving to ensure they stay juicy.
