CMM Billionaire BBQ Ramen

Who knew BBQ and Ramen were a match made in heaven? We’re using our CMM Billionaire BBQ Seasoning to give this bowl a deep, smoky flavor. It’s the ultimate way to use up those weekend leftovers!
Ingredients:
- 1 pack Clean Monday Meals Ramen (includes seasoning packet)
- 1 tablespoon Clean Monday Meals Billionaire BBQ Seasoning
- 1 tablespoon butter (or vegan butter)
- 1/2 cup leftover pulled pork or brisket (optional)
- 2 cups water
- Optional Toppings: Sliced jalapeños, a drizzle of extra BBQ sauce, or crispy onions
Instructions:
- In your serving bowl, combine the CMM Ramen Seasoning packet, CMM Billionaire BBQ Seasoning, and the butter.
- In a separate small pot, bring 2 cups of water to a boil. Add the ramen noodles and cook for 3 minutes (or according to package instructions).
- Just before the noodles are finished, ladle about 1/4 cup of the hot noodle water into your bowl. Whisk until the butter is melted and the spices form a fragrant, smoky base.
- Pour the remaining hot water and noodles into the bowl. Stir well to incorporate the BBQ flavors into the broth.
- Top with your leftover pulled pork or brisket. The heat from the broth will warm the meat perfectly.
- Add sliced jalapeños for a kick and serve immediately!
