The crunch you’ve been craving! This CMM Asian Cucumber Salad is light, refreshing, and packed with flavor thanks to our Teriyaki Mix. It’s the perfect 5-minute side dish for your favorite Asian-inspired meals.

Ingredients:

  • 1 English cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 2 tablespoons CMM Teriyaki Mix & Marinade
  • Optional: Sesame seeds or red pepper flakes for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Slice the English cucumber into thin rounds and place them in a medium bowl.
  2. In a small jar or bowl, whisk together the rice wine vinegar, toasted sesame oil, honey, and CMM Teriyaki Mix & Marinade until the mixture is well-combined.
  3. Drizzle the dressing over the cucumbers.
  4. Toss gently to ensure every slice is coated in the teriyaki mixture.
