Almond Joy Overnight Oats

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Almond milk
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 1 cup Gluten-free old fashion oats
  • 1 tbsp Shredded coconut
  • 1 tbsp Mini chocolate chips (For dairy-free use @enjoylifefoods)
  • 1/2 tsp Coconut extract or almond extract

Instructions:

  1. Add milk and protein powder together and mix until combined really well.
  2. Add oats, coconut and chocolate chips and stir until combined.
  3. Store in fridge for 6 hours or overnight.
  4. Enjoy!!
