5-Minute Creamy Ramen

Ramen night just got a serious glow-up! By using your favorite CMM Ramen seasoning packet and adding a creamy base, you get restaurant-quality broth in under 5 minutes. Which flavor are you trying this with?
Ingredients:
- 1 pack Clean Monday Meals Ramen (includes seasoning packet)
- 1 tablespoon Kewpie mayo
- 1 large egg yolk
- 2 cups water
- Optional Toppings: Jammy soft-boiled egg, chili oil, sliced green onions, or sesame seeds
Instructions:
- In your serving bowl, combine the CMM Ramen Seasoning packet, Kewpie mayo, and the raw egg yolk. Whisk together with a fork or small whisk until it forms a smooth, pale paste.
- In a separate small pot, bring 2 cups of water to a boil. Add the ramen noodles and cook for 3 minutes (or according to package instructions).
- Just before the noodles are finished, carefully ladle about 1/4 cup of the hot noodle water into your bowl with the mayo/yolk/seasoning mixture. Whisk vigorously to "temper" the egg and create a creamy, frothy base.
- Pour the remaining hot water and the cooked noodles into the bowl.
- Stir well until the broth becomes creamy and uniform.
- Top with a jammy egg, a drizzle of chili oil, and fresh green onions. Serve immediately while steaming hot!
