  1. Prep the Ham: Place the ham portion in your slow cooker insert or in a deep, oven-safe roasting pan.
  2. Season and Moisten: Pour the pineapple juice over the ham (or place pineapple chunks/slices across the top). Liberally sprinkle the entire ham portion with the Billionaire Barbecue Seasoning, ensuring all sides are well-coated.
  3. Cooking Method (Choose One):
  4. Slow Cooker Method: Cover and cook on LOW for 6–8 hours (or until the ham easily shreds with a fork).
  5. Oven Method: Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C). Cover the roasting pan tightly with heavy-duty aluminum foil to trap all moisture. Bake for 3–5 hours (or until the internal temperature reaches 203°F).
  6. Shred: Once cooked, remove the ham from the cooking liquid and let it rest briefly. Shred the meat using two forks.
