Homemade Cream of Chicken

Ingredients:
- 6 Tablespoons salted butter (Use Miyoko's for dairy-free)
- 6 Tablespoons GF flour (I use Bob Red Mill one-for-one flour)
- 1 cup water
- 1 TB CMM Chicken Ramen Seasoning
- 1 cup milk (Use coconut milk or cashew milk for dairy-free)
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium-low heat.
- Add flour to the pan and whisk together to make a roux (about 1 to 1.5 minutes)
- Add the chicken ramen seasoning to your water and stir.
- Add broth and milk to the pan and whisk together to smooth the lumps.
- Bring to a simmer and continue cooking until mixture thickens, about 2 to 3 minutes.
- Remove from heat and use as you would a regular can of condensed soup.
