Why settle for one flavor when you can have a flight? We used the CMM lineup—Ranch, Billionaire BBQ, Everyday Beef, SPOG, and Chili—to create the ultimate deviled egg platter. Which one are you grabbing first?
The Base Ingredients:
- 6 large eggs, hard-boiled and peeled
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise (or avocado oil mayo)
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
The Flavor Variations (Choose Your Favorite):
- Zesty Ranch: 2 tsp CMM Ranch Seasoning + garnish with chives.
- Smoky Billionaire: 2 tsp CMM Billionaire BBQ Seasoning + garnish with bacon bits.
- Savory Everyday: 2 tsp CMM Everyday Beef Seasoning + garnish with a radish slice.
- The New Classic: 2 tsp CMM SPOG Seasoning + garnish with a pinch of paprika.
- Smoky Chili: 2 tsp CMM Chili Seasoning + garnish with a squeeze of lime and cilantro.
Instructions:
- Slice the hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise. Remove the yolks and place them in a small mixing bowl.
- Mash the egg yolks with a fork until they are fine and crumbly.
- Mix in the mayonnaise and Dijon mustard until the filling is completely smooth.
- Add your chosen Clean Monday Meals Seasoning to the mixture. Stir well to ensure the seasoning is evenly distributed.
- Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg white halves.
- Finish with the recommended garnish and a tiny extra dusting of the seasoning used in the filling for a professional look.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
