Protein Waffles

Ingredients:
- 6 large eggs
- 2 cups cottage cheese
- 2 cups gluten-free old-fashioned oats
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 scoop protein powder (optional)
- Sprinkle of cinnamon (optional)
- Preheat the waffle iron; lightly spray the top and bottom with cooking spray.
- Add the oats, eggs, cottage cheese, and vanilla to a blender and blend until combined.
- Add 1/4 cup of mixture onto a mini dash waffle iron and cook for about 3 min, depending on the waffle iron.
- Enjoy!
