Ham and Pea Pasta

Ingredients:
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 c. chopped yellow onion
- 3 cloves minced garlic
- 3 c. cubed fully cooked ham
- 1/2 tsp dried parsley
- 1/2 tsp dried basil
- 1/4 tsp dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 3 cups water mixed with 3 tablespoons CMM Chicken Ramen Seasoning or use chicken broth
- 2 c. milk (use coconut milk for dairy-free)
- 1/4 c. GF flour
- 16 oz @jovialfoods penne noodles, uncooked
- 2 c. frozen peas thawed
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- Place 1 Tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat until warm. Saute onions until translucent. Add garlic, parsley, basil, oregano, pepper and red pepper flakes; cook 1-2 minutes.
- Stir in broth, milk, flour. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 10-12 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Cook pasta noodles, drain and rinse.
- Adds peas, ham and sauce to pasta and combine all together.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top of pasta.
