Homemade Pizza Lunchables

These are one of my kid's all-time favorite lunches. After Kolbie was diagnosed, I tried to come up with ideas that made her feel less alone at lunchtime, and then all the kids ended up loving them!

Ingredients:

  • Bobs red mill pizza crust mix (If not gluten-free, use the mini nann bread at Costco for these)
  • 3 tbsp Pizza sauce (I love the Classico or Rao's Brand. )
  • 1/4 cup Shredded cheese
  • 6 Pepperoni slices
Instructions:
  1. Cook the pizza crust according to the package once it's cooked and cooled cut into circles using a size that works for you. I like to use the top of my wide-mouth mason jar lid to cut it.
  2. In smaller containers, add toppings of choice. I use 2oz plastic containers.
  3. Enjoy!
