Big Mac Mason Jar Salad

Makes 4-5 Jars (Quart Size)
Ingredients:
For the Beef:
- 1 pound grass-fed ground beef
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pickle juice
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 package of salad mix
- 1/2 cup chopped red onion (optional)
- 1/2 cup tomatoes
- 1/2 cup pickles, halved or diced
Homemade Dressing (recipe below)
Special Sauce Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup avocado oil-based mayo
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup relish
- 1 tsp dried onion flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Combine all together.

- Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat and season with salt and pepper. Halfway through browning, after about 4-5 minutes, begin mixing in the mustard, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, pickle juice, and paprika.
- Add onions to the skillet and sauté with coconut oil and salt and pepper until translucent.
- Assemble the salads in mason jars.
- First, add dressing. Next add meat then top with tomatoes, onions and pickles. Stuff it full of chopped lettuce.
- Store in fridge for 4-5 days.
