Sticky Chex Mix aka “Christmas Crack”

Ingredients: 4 c. Corn Chex Cereal 4 c. Rice Chex Cereal Or 8 cups of one. 1 c. slivered almonds or cashews. 2 c. sweetened coconut 3/4 c. unsalted butter (for dairy-free version, use @earthbalance butter) 1 c. light Karo syrup 1 c. sugar Directions: 1. In a very large bowl, toss together the Corn Chex, Rice Chex, slivered almonds, and coconut; set aside.  In a medium saucepan, melt the butter. 2. Add the Karo syrup and sugar and stir until combined.  Heat over medium heat and bring to a boil, then boil for two minutes, stirring constantly. 3. Gluten & Dairy Free Kodiak Power Muffins

Ingredients:  2 cups @kodiakcakes Gluten-Free Mix 1 cup almond milk 3/4 cup brown sugar or coconut sugar 1 egg 1/4 cup apple sauce or earth balance butter 1 teaspoon cinnamon 2 medium mashed bananas Instructions:  Combine all ingredients together. Bake at 350F for 15-20 min.

Guacamole Turkey Burgers

INGREDIENTS: ¾ pound ground turkey ½ teaspoon chili powder ½ teaspoon cumin ½ teaspoon onion powder ½ teaspoon garlic powder ½ teaspoon salt When I prep these, I use the guacamole packs from Costco so it stays fresh. I will make it fresh with this recipe when I make it for dinners. Homemade Guacamole 1½ avocados 2 teaspoons lime juice ¾ teaspoons garlic powder 3 teaspoons olive oil INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Turkey Egg Fried Rice

Ingredients:  1 tablespoon Coconut oil 1 pkg. cauliflower rice 1 pkg frozen organic veggie mix 3/4 pounds ground turkey 6 eggs 2 tablespoons Braggs liquid aminos Salt and pepper to taste Instructions: 1. Add coconut oil to skillet, let melt. Once melted, add package of cauliflower rice. 2. Brown ground turkey in separate skillet. 3. Fry cauliflower rice for a few minutes. While that is cooking, make scrambled eggs in another skillet. 4. Add frozen package of veggies, eggs, and ground turkey to cauliflower rice. Combine and add liquid aminos and salt and pepper. Stir for 5 min. Separate into meal prep containers. Enjoy!

Pressure Cooker Tortilla Soup

Ingredients: 2 large Chicken Breasts 12 oz your favorite salsa 6 cups Chicken Broth 1 onion, chopped 1 red bell pepper, diced 2 teaspoons cumin 1 tablespoon chili powder 2 teaspoons salt ½ teaspoon black pepper ⅛ teaspoon cayenne pepper 4 ounces tomato paste 1 15oz can black beans, drained and rinsed 2 cups frozen corn or one 15 ounces can. Toppings limes, sour cream or greek yogurt, avocado, tortilla chips Instructions:  1.
