This hearty, protein-packed soup is a "dump and go" favorite. Using two types of beans and a full jar of salsa, it provides deep, slow-simmered flavor in a fraction of the time. This recipe is naturally gluten-free and can easily be kept dairy-free.

  1. In a large pot or Dutch oven over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef. Season the meat directly with the Everyday Beef Seasoning as it cooks. Drain any excess grease.
  2. Stir in the black beans, cannellini beans, the entire jar of salsa, diced tomatoes, and corn.
  3. Pour in the prepared CMM Beef Broth and stir to combine.
  4. Add the Taco Seasoning and Chili Seasoning. Stir well to ensure the spices are fully incorporated into the broth.
  5. Bring the soup to a gentle boil, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for 15–20 minutes to let the flavors meld together.
  6. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
  7. Ladle into bowls and garnish with your favorite toppings. For a dairy-free version, top with plenty of avocado and cilantro.
