Ranch-It-Up Stir Fry

Stop eating boring ramen. We’re "Ranching it up" with butter, rotisserie chicken, and fresh spinach. It’s high-protein, full of herb-forward flavor, and ready before your favorite show starts its next episode.
Ingredients:
- 1 pack Clean Monday Meals Ramen (noodles only)
- 2 tablespoons butter (or vegan butter)
- 1 tablespoon Clean Monday Meals Ranch Seasoning (to taste)
- 1/2 cup shredded rotisserie chicken
- 1 handful fresh spinach
- Optional: A squeeze of lemon juice or extra red pepper flakes
Instructions:
- Bring a small pot of water to a boil. Add the ramen noodles and cook for 3 minutes (or according to package instructions).
- Drain the noodles completely. (Note: You can save the seasoning packet for another use or discard).
- In the same pot or a small skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Toss the drained noodles into the butter and sprinkle with CMM Ranch Seasoning. Stir for 1 minute to ensure the noodles are evenly coated and the herbs become fragrant.
- Add the shredded rotisserie chicken and the fresh spinach.
- Sauté for another 1–2 minutes just until the chicken is warmed through and the spinach is slightly wilted.
- Serve immediately. It’s a 5-minute meal that tastes like an expensive herb-butter pasta!
