Pickle Ranch Pasta Salad

Calling all pickle fans! This CMM Pickle Ranch Pasta Salad is the zesty, crunchy side dish you didn't know you needed. We swapped the milk for pickle juice in the dressing, and it’s a total game-changer. 100% gluten-free and 100% delicious!
Ingredients:
- 1 box (approx. 12 oz) Gluten-Free pasta
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, cubed
- 1 cup dill pickles, diced
- 6 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup dill pickle juice
- 2 tbsp CMM Ranch Seasoning
Instructions:
- Cook the gluten-free pasta according to the package directions. Drain and rinse under cold water immediately to stop the cooking process and prevent sticking.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, pickle juice, and CMM Ranch Seasoning until smooth.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cold pasta, cubed cheese, diced pickles, and crumbled bacon.
- Pour the ranch dressing over the pasta mixture and toss gently until everything is fully coated.
- For the best texture, serve immediately. If making ahead, keep a little extra pickle juice on hand to toss in right before serving, as gluten-free pasta tends to soak up the dressing.
