Ingredients:

2 cans (14.5 oz each) cut green beans, drained (or 16 oz frozen green beans, thawed)

2 tablespoons Clean Monday Meals Onion Soup Mix

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a small saucepan, whisk together the Clean Monday Meals dry Cream of Mushroom Soup powder, Onion Soup Mix, and water. Place the saucepan over medium-high heat and continue to whisk until the mixture thickens into a gravy-like consistency. This will happen quickly so watch closely.

In a medium-sized bowl, combine the thickened soup base, drained green beans, and ground black pepper. Stir until all ingredients are well-coated.

Pour the mixture into a 1.5-quart baking dish.
