CMM Crispy Sheet Pan Potatoes

These golden, oven-roasted potatoes are crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. The Everyday Beef Seasoning provides a savory, restaurant-quality base, while the Ranch and Chili powder add an optional (but delicious) zesty kick.
Ingredients:
- 1.5 lbs small red and yellow waxy potatoes, cubed (1/2 to 1 inch pieces)
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Clean Monday Meals Everyday Beef Seasoning
- 1 tablespoon Clean Monday Meals Ranch Seasoning (optional)
- 1 teaspoon Clean Monday Meals Chili Seasoning (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 425°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Add the cubed potatoes to a large mixing bowl and drizzle with the olive oil.
- Sprinkle the Everyday Beef Seasoning over the potatoes. If using, add the Ranch Seasoning and Chili Seasoning for extra depth of flavor.
- Toss the potatoes thoroughly until every piece is well-coated in oil and seasoning.
- Spread the potatoes in a single layer onto the prepared sheet pan, ensuring they aren't too crowded so they crisp up properly.
- Bake for 30 minutes, stirring the potatoes halfway through the cooking time.
- Remove from the oven once the potatoes are golden-brown, crispy, and fork-tender.
