
Creamy Green Chile Queso

The ultimate clean-eating queso has arrived! Our Creamy Green Chile Queso uses a secret flavor weapon—a blend of our Cream of Chicken powder, Chili Powder, and new Tomato Bouillon—to create the richest, smoothest cheese dip you've ever had. No processed blocks needed!
Ingredients:
- 3 cups lukewarm water
- ½ cup CMM Cream of Chicken Powder
- 1 tablespoon CMM Chili Powder
- 1 ½ tablespoons CMM Tomato Bouillon
- 2 small cans (4 oz each) diced green chiles
- 4 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
Instructions:
- Pour 3 cups of lukewarm water into a saucepan (keeping it lukewarm helps the powders dissolve smoothly without clumping).
- Add the ½ cup of CMM Cream of Chicken powder, 1 tablespoon of CMM Chili Powder, and 1 ½ tablespoons of CMM Tomato Bouillon to the water.
- Stir thoroughly until the powder is fully incorporated and there are no dry spots left.
- Turn the heat on to medium-low. Cook, stirring frequently, until the mixture begins to simmer, bubble, and thicken up.
- Stir in the 2 small cans of diced green chiles.
- Drop the heat down to low and gently fold in the 4 cups of shredded cheddar cheese. Stir continuously until the cheese is completely melted and the sauce is perfectly smooth.
- Remove from the heat and serve warm with your favorite tortilla chips or drizzled over tacos.
Reheating Tip: To reheat leftovers, make sure to do it over low and slow heat (either on the stovetop on low or in short bursts in the microwave at 50% power), stirring often. Heating cheese sauce too fast or too hot will cause the fats to separate and the sauce to split!
