Beef and Ramen Noodle Teriyaki Stir-Fry

This quick, flavor-packed stir-fry features tender marinated beef, crisp vegetables, and Clean Monday Meals Ramen Noodles, all coated in a clean, savory teriyaki glaze.

  1. In a bowl or gallon-sized bag, toss the thinly sliced beef with the Everyday Beef Seasoning and 1 tablespoon of Teriyaki Seasoning. Let this marinate for at least 30 minutes, or prepare it in advance and store it in the refrigerator.
  2. Cook the ramen noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  3. Heat the oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the marinated beef and stir-fry for 3–4 minutes until browned. Remove the beef and set it aside, leaving any drippings in the pan.
  4. Add the sliced bell pepper and broccoli (or other vegetables) to the pan. Stir-fry for 3–5 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk together the 3 tablespoons of Teriyaki Seasoning and 1/2 cup of water until the seasoning is fully dissolved.
  6. Return the beef to the pan. Pour the sauce mixture over the beef and vegetables. Bring to a simmer, stirring until the sauce slightly thickens and coats the ingredients.
  7. Add the drained ramen noodles to the pan and toss everything together to fully coat the noodles in the sauce. Serve immediately.
