Ever since I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease, I have not been able to find Bread good enough to get all that excited about. Some of the bread on the market was “good enough” to keep some in the freezer for those times I NEEDED some bread.

You guys!!! I am in LOVE! For the first time in years, I am having PB&J’s and feeling like I am eating bread that isn’t gluten-free!

I do not get paid by New Grains (although I should 😉 I get nothing in return for referring you to them other than the joy that maybe you’ll taste it and feel normal again. If you are out of the state of Utah, don’t worry, they’ll ship it to you! I am going to be trying their dinner rolls soon, which I hear are to die for as well!
