Ingredients:
- 2 cups @bobsredmill Gluten-Free Oats
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup ground flaxseed
- 1 cup coconut
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4-1/2 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Mix all together and make into balls. It makes about 24-36 depending on the size you roll them. Store in the fridge.
