Peanut Butter Energy Bites

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups @bobsredmill Gluten-Free Oats
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup ground flaxseed
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4-1/2 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Mix all together and make into balls. It makes about 24-36 depending on the size you roll them. Store in the fridge.
