Gluten & Dairy Free Chocolate Chip Cookies


INGREDIENTS:

2 1/2 cups @namastefoodsllc perfect flour blend
1 Teaspoon baking soda
1 Teaspoon @redmondrealsalt 
1 cup ( 2 sticks ) @earthbalance soy free butter
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 eggs
1 cup @enjoylifefoods Chocolate Chips 


DIRECTIONS:

Preheat oven to 375. Combine flour, baking soda and salt in a small bowl. Beat butter, sugars, vanilla until creamy. Add eggs, one at a time. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in chocolate chips. Drop by small rounded spoon fulls onto a baking sheet. Bake for 9-11 minutes. Let cool then stuff your face!
